FROM VIRGINIA TO MAINE AND BACK

Steve Young of Patrick Springs, Va. has completed half of his walk from his home to the Canadian border and back. In Bethel last week, Young is walking to raise awareness of the Victory Junctional Gang Camp in North Carolina, in hopes people will donate to the camp. Victory Junction was established by former NASCAR drive Kyle Petty and his wife, and serves seriously ill and terminally ill children. He camps out on his trekat such places as church and municipal properties, with permission. He will now head home to Virginia.
